The Person Behind the Studio
Meet Charlie
I'm Charlie, the founder of Form & Flow Studio. I'm a senior at Northwestern studying Psychology and Data Science—two fields that seem unrelated to web design until you realize they're really about the same question: why does someone trust one business and click away from another?
That question is what Form & Flow is built on. Plenty of websites look great but still fail to turn visitors into customers because they were designed to impress other designers, not earn a stranger's trust in the first five seconds. I build the other way around.
I grew up in the Bay Area, but I fell in love with Chicagoland during college—especially its local businesses. The kind of places where the owner knows your name by your second visit. Those businesses have already done the hard part: earning trust in person. My job is making sure their website carries that same trust online.
